Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

MAKING A RETURN

We want to ensure the utmost satisfaction and peace of mind to our clients purchase, so if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more products no later than 14 days after the date on which you have received your order. We will refund the amount spent for the returned goods, excluding any shipping and gift packaging costs. We do consider replacements exclusively if you have purchased a ring and the size should be wrong.

RETURN PROCESS

To make a return, please, fill up within 14 days of delivery the section of the form Contact in the Support section, choosing among the reasons "making a return".

In the message, we ask you to specify:

  • the order number
  • the name and code of the items you wish to return
  • the reason for the return (the reason may be any, it is needed for the sole purpose of improving our services)

You will receive an e-mail with the return authorization instructions. The e-mail will contain a document to be printed and inserted in the package, indicating the return details, and a document to be printed and affixed on the box, in order to cover the stickers of the previous delivery (you can in fact use the same box in which you received the product). The email will also specify the data that you will need to contact the shipping company, in order to fix the date and arrangements for collection. The delivery to the indicated shipper must be made within 14 days after filling in the form. Gioel Milano Srl reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the specified dates.

The product must necessarily be returned under the following conditions:

  • Must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original tags
  • Must be in its original packaging. Packaging must not show any signs of wear, abrasions and scratches

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items, when not accepted, will be returned to the sender

REFUNDS

The refund process will take place after our staff has validated the return, within five working days of the moment the goods are received. It will be made through the same payment method used for the order. The refund times depend on the payment method. The refunded amount will not include any costs for shipping or gift wrapping.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
