SHIPPING COSTS AND LEAD TIMES

Shipping rates vary based upon shipment type (Standard or Express) and destination (Italy, Europe, UK, US, International) and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout. Delivery takes place from 1 to 3 working days from the order date. For Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia, delivery may take an additional day.

From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up here. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout.

SHIPPING INFO

Shipments are made by DHL. The courier does not allow delivery to P.O. boxes or poste restante. The terms include working days only and not holidays; they are intended as an indication and we are not liable for any delays attributable to the appointed freight forwarder or third parties.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is shipped, you will be sent an email containing a tracking link to check the route of the package from the time the courier takes charge of it until the actual delivery to the address indicated by you.

DELIVERY METHODS

Delivery takes place on working days only. It is not possible to make appointments. In case of non-delivery, you will receive an email that will allow you to express your preferences in terms of day and time slot to organise a new delivery attempt. In the event that this message does not receive a reply within 5 days, the goods will be placed in storage at the relevant office.
